You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our services, view our gallery, request estimates, and read our blog. You may not:
Free estimates are exactly that — free and non-binding. An estimate becomes a contract only when a written agreement is signed by both parties. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final price may change if scope changes, hidden conditions are discovered after work begins, or material costs shift significantly.
All work is performed under a written contract that specifies:

Payment terms are set in your written contract. Typical structure:
Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by New York law. Returned checks incur a $35 fee. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards (a small processing fee may apply for credit card payments).
We provide a written workmanship warranty on all completed projects (typically 5–10 years depending on the work performed; see your contract). Manufacturer warranties on materials (e.g., GAF, Owens Corning) are separate and pass through to you. Warranty exclusions include:
Per New York Home Improvement Contract Law, you have three (3) business days from contract signing to cancel any home improvement contract for any reason without penalty. Cancellation requests after that period will be assessed for materials ordered, work performed, and reasonable preparation costs.
By engaging our services, you grant us permission to photograph the completed work for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. We will not include identifying address details, interior photos without permission, or your name. To opt out, please notify us in writing before work begins.
Our website content (cost estimates, lifespan figures, blog articles) is for general information only and does not replace a site-specific inspection. Actual costs and recommendations require an in-person estimate. We make no guarantees about third-party links, products, or services mentioned on the site.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MLM Construction Group's total liability for any claim related to our website is limited to $100. This does not limit liability under your separate written project contract, our workmanship warranty, or our general liability insurance, which remain governed by their own terms and applicable law.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York. Both parties waive jury trial where permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the new terms.
